About Coastal Grill

Local businessman Samy Rehem has opened up yet another business here on the Island. From 1994 till this day he has established different businesses in Galveston County such as: Chevron Gas Station located on Broadway and 39th ST which offers the lowest fuel prices on the island, Samy’s Food Mart, and other businesses. Samy has always felt the Galveston locals deserved a restaurant that serves high quality food with unbeatable prices. This is by no means Mr. Samy’s first restaurant venture. He previously owned and operated Orient Cafe- League City for fifteen years before moving on to other projects.

Mr. Rehem spent a lot of time with his Coastal Grill team to create an exceptional menu that would offer customers a variety of taste and satisfaction. The restaurant is beautifully decorated to capture the Island feel while enjoying a meal with friends and family. Coastal Grill is now open and ready to serve the locals with friendly customer service and flavorful food at a great price.

“Amazing food. Welcoming and friendly staff. Attentive to details in so many ways. Inviting atmosphere. Prices so very reasonable! I can't say enough good things. Check it out!!”

“Galveston has no shortage of lively restaurants to frequent in between frolics in the ocean, but Coastal Grill is one of the friendliest, and it has great new vibe and great food. Located on the Strand. You should come give it a try - super service and I think it is your kind of place..”

“I had a great experience! The food is excellent, the prices are amazing, as well as speedy and attentive service! Once you walk in, you walk to the counter, place your order, and seat yourself. The food is plated very well and came out very fast! The servers were very nice and seemed to genuinely care about our experience. I am impressed and will definitely be back!.”
